"We had Jai come out to look at our 2 ducted aircon units that were tripping at the circuit board. Previously we had 2 different companies come out, one suggested to replace the whole unit and the other didn't believe there was an issue with the unit and suggested it was probably an electrical fault that needed an electrician.
